Bison Stampede 2008

Last Saturday we participated in the Ted's Montana Grill Bison Stampede, a 5K run and kid's fun run. Judy and I did the 5K, and Maddie and Katie did the kid's run (well, Katie did a lot of the kid's run). A lot of fun and good exercise to boot. I ended up with a time of 28:24 (about 9 mins/mile), which was OK for me.
